The Supreme Judicial Council in Aden issued a decision specifying the prohibitions and prohibitions applicable to judges and members of the judiciary.

The decision prohibits judges and members of the judiciary from posting, participating and commenting on websites and social media on anything related to public affairs and political and social events. Threatening anyone who rapes him, strict action would be taken against him.

The decision prohibits judges from attending events such as conferences, seminars and workshops held in the country and abroad that have no relation to the judiciary.

It also prohibits any judge from “interfering with his opinion or in any manner whatsoever in matters pending before the judiciary, decisions rendered by him or other judges, or notifications or investigations undertaken by the public prosecutor in any of the cases pending before him.”

The decision confirmed that violation of the ban will result in disciplinary responsibilities in accordance with the applicable judicial authority law and relevant decisions of the Supreme Judicial Council.
